Wet’n’Wild Toronto remains open during periods of rain; however, operations will be temporarily suspended if there are electrical storms or other severe weather conditions in the area. Attractions will re-open as soon as conditions permit.

  • I do not plan on going on any attractions. Do you have a special price for me?

Wet’n’Wild Toronto does not have a Grounds Admission ticket discount. All guests must have a valid ticket to enter the premises.

  • How does Wet’n’Wild Toronto’s cashless system work, and what options are available for guests without cards?

At Wet’n’Wild Toronto, we prioritize your convenience and safety, ensuring you have an unforgettable experience with friends and family. As part of our commitment, we’ve implemented cashless payments throughout the waterpark for faster, safer, and more secure transactions.

If you prefer using cash, fret not! Our Cash-to-Card Kiosks offer a seamless solution. Conveniently located inside the waterpark, these kiosks allow you to convert your cash into a prepaid debit card, accepted anywhere VISA/Mastercard is welcomed in Canada. And here’s the best part – there are no fees involved!

You can find our Cash-to-Card Kiosks in two locations: one situated inside the waterpark by the main gate, and another conveniently located within our retail shop.

These prepaid cards are not reloadable, but any leftover funds can be used beyond the waterpark’s boundaries. By embracing cashless transactions, we ensure contact-less experiences, prioritizing your safety and convenience at Wet’N’Wild Toronto.

  • Why do I need to show my credit card when I enter the waterpark with my ticket vouchers?

In order to curtail the increase in fraudulent chargeback claims, we reserve the right to ask you to verify the credit card used to purchase your tickets. The last four digits on your ticket voucher will need to match your credit card.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

Wet’n’Wild Toronto offers a senior and military discount for our Under 48” admission price. Seniors are considered anyone 60 and older. Must show appropriate id to receive any discount. Our best offers are updated on our website as they become available.

  • What do I do if I received an error code at check-out?

Two Reasons that frequently occur that may cause an error at Checkout:

    1. The name and billing address provided must match exactly with the name and address on your credit card statement. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your credit card issuer for assistance, or try another credit card.
    2. The acetify error (592) means that even though funds may be available there was something wrong in the data match up. So, if the postal code, address, etc. did not match the bank’s information it blocks the order since it is deemed as a potential fraudulent order. The bank gets the initial check to make sure money is available (so it gets debited) but the bank will reverse it once the processor completes their settlement files noting the charge was blocked. If you call the bank the same day, the bank will see it as a charge because it hasn’t been officially settled yet. Unfortunately, this can take 5-7 days for all that to get around and the bank’s system updates.

When you reach out to the bank, please explain it was flagged as a potential fraud and work with your bank to make sure they know the correct account information to use in the future. Please do not purchase anything else in the store until the charge is cleared and we have the correct account information to use.
